Rescue skills are a necessity for any climber looking to take on bigger objectives. They can help you round out your climbing toolbelt and help you respond if you ever need to assist another climber.
This course teaches systems and techniques to perform rescue skills in a climbing setting. It is perfect for anyone that leads climbing groups, wants to follow multi-pitch, and it is also a great next step for parents that want to build their climbing skills to support their children while they climb. This course is available in one of our public courses or you can request it during a private day.

What you need
Special gear for this course includes: one prusik loop (third hand), a tube-style belay device (BD ATC, Petzl Reverso, etc.), or an assisted-locking breaking device (grigri). Helmets, ropes, harnesses, special gear, and anchor materials rental is included in your purchase of the course, but you are free to bring your own as well.
